Oh My Pumpkins!

it's Halloween time and it's probably my favorite holiday. except i hate all the scary movies, like paranormal activity! but i love carving the pumpkins into cute or scary little faces and fishing out the seeds to bake for later (:
Missy and I went to a cute little pumpkin patch near our house in Yorba Linda that had a ton of pumpkins everywhere from mini ones to gigantic ones. i love picking out a certain pumpkin, some interesting ones caught my eye but i went with a tiny one so i can make it very girly! keep you updated with how it looks!
since it's been quite chilly in my hometown, i wanted to keep myself warm!

My Dream Come True

i have officially met my role model, Lauren Conrad for the second time now! Michelle and I took a trip down to Barnes and Nobles in Santa Monica to see the person we aspire to be. the first time i saw Lauren was two years ago at the Grove during Fashion's Night Out in Los Angeles. every time i meet her, she always looks gorgeous and she honestly is so sweet (even though she might be miserable signing things, she always puts on a good face). i also think that i have followed her ever since Laguna Beach and The Hills religiously and would always try to recreate her outfits, make up and hair.
at her book signing she was wearing this amazing leather mini dress and spiked Christian Louboutin heels, she looked really cute and i can't wait to find a dress thats similar to the one she was wearing!

go and buy her two new books Lauren Conrad Beauty and her Fame Game series, you won't regret it!

i wanted to be stylish for seeing my favorite celebrity and came up with what i call a "grungy" type of look, it was really comfortable and i thought it screamed my personality.

Art Catchin' My Eye

my sister Missy and I decided to go to Los Angeles for the day, i couldn't have been more thrilled since its my home away from home. i love everything about LA and what it has to offer with celebrity sightings or restaurants and obviously all of the shopping.
we decided to go out of our comfort zone and enjoy art for the day and went to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. from the sculptures to the different paintings, everything was really cool to look at and quite interesting in fact! if you live in the LA area, i definitely  recommend checking out this museum. my favorite part were the urban lights in the front (: they were so pretty at night

love always,
